Itinerary

Sapa stands as an idyllic destination for trekking enthusiasts, offering the enchanting beauty of nature, featuring mountain ranges, the flowing Muong Hoa stream, bamboo forests, and charming villages along the trekking path. Immerse yourself in diverse cultures, encountering H’mong, Dzay, Dzao, Xa Pho, and Red Dzao ethnic groups.

Getting Started:

Our bus and guide will pick you up from your hotel, transporting you to Hanoi Railway Station for the night train journey to Laocai Station. Enjoy a restful sleep on the train, featuring soft sleeper accommodations, air conditioning, and comfortable wooden cabins for four people.

Tour Program:

Day 1: Hanoi – Night Train to Lao Cai

At 08:00, our team will pick you up from the hotel lobby in Hanoi, transferring you to Hanoi Railways station for the night train to Sapa. Experience an overnight stay on the train.

Day 2: Sapa Trekking Tour – Trek to Visit Lao Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D)

Arrive at Lao Cai station by 6:00 am. Our tour guide will meet you at Lao Cai Station and transfer you to Sapa via bus. Begin the day with breakfast before embarking on a drive to Y Linh Ho. Commence trekking downhill through Muong Hoa Valley, passing rice paddies and hamlets to witness the life of local hill tribes. Engage in cultural exchanges with the residents of Lao Chai village. Enjoy a lunch cooked by a local family and continue trekking through villages and terraced fields to reach Ta Van village, inhabited by the Dzay ethnic group. This area is renowned for its stunning beauty. Have dinner and spend the night with a local family in Ta Van, experiencing the hospitality of the Dzay people at a homestay.

 

 

 

 

 

Day 3: Ban Ho – Supan – Giang Ta Chai – Ta Van (B/L/D)

Embarking on the day, we bid farewell to the local family and venture towards Giang Ta Chai, home to the Red Dao people. Here, a mesmerizing waterfall awaits our exploration. Witness the Red Dao women adorned in vibrant red embroideries and coins, wearing distinctive red scarves on their heads. Some women embrace a tradition of shaving their eyebrows, inspired by a captivating Red Zao legend. Our journey continues along narrow paths through rice fields, crossing the Muong Hoa River and Suspension Bridge, leading us to the quaint village of Supan. Enjoying a delightful picnic lunch by the stream, we proceed to Ban Ho villages, descending from the road to the charming stilt houses of a Tay family where we spend the night. Dinner will be shared with the welcoming family.

 

 

 

Day 4: Ban Ho – Seu Trung Ho – Su Pan – Sapa (B/L/-)

Embrace the early morning freshness of the countryside as we start the day with breakfast. Embark on a 2km walk to the enchanting “Lavie” waterfall, discovered and named by the French during Vietnam’s colonial era. Indulge in a refreshing swim and a picnic lunch by the waterfall. In the afternoon, trek 4km back to the main road, where a jeep awaits to transport us back to Sapa. Enjoy some free time in Sapa town before transferring to Lao Cai for the overnight train journey back to Hanoi.

Day 5: Arrival in Hanoi Between

04:00 and 04:30, we arrive at Hanoi Railways station and transfer to the hotel, marking the conclusion of our memorable journey.
