Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi Pick-up – Train Street – Free Time

Welcome to Hanoi! After landing, you’ll be greeted by our friendly guide and driver at Noi Bai Airport. Sit back and enjoy a 45-minute ride to your hotel in the buzzing heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Along the way, we’ll share some fun insights about the city’s vibrant culture, chaotic yet charming traffic, and must-try local dishes.

Once at the hotel, it’s time to settle in and relax. If you arrive early, take it easy—the official check-in time is 2:00 PM. Later in the evening, we’ll head to Train Street around 9:50 PM, where you can sip on coffee while watching the trains pass just inches away—a true Hanoi experience you can’t miss!

End your first night soaking in the unique vibe of the city, and get ready for the adventures ahead!

Day 2: Incense Village – Sapa (B, L)

Morning: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• 7:45–8:15 AM: Your guide will pick you up in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, and off we go to explore the countryside!
• 9:30 AM: Our first stop is Ha Thai Village, famous for its lacquerware since the 17th century. Meet a local artisan in his creative space and get hands-on by crafting your own lacquer product under his guidance—a truly unique experience.
• 10:50 AM: Next, we head to Chuong Village, the heart of Vietnam’s iconic conical hats for over 300 years. Wander the village, meet a war veteran or skilled artisans, and hear their stories (All visit depend on if they are at home or not, and only visit 01 family). For lunch, we’ll be welcomed into the home of a female artisan with 30+ years of hat-making experience. You can even join her in a small cooking class to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal. After lunch, try painting your own Nón Lá or observe the artisan’s intricate craft firsthand.
• 1:30 PM: Say farewell to Chuong Village and make our way to Quang Phu Cau, the village of incense. Explore its colorful dyeing yards, meet friendly artisans, and snap amazing photos.
• 3:00 PM: Visit the largest incense factory in town to see how incense is made step by step. Learn about the lives of the hardworking locals and pick up some fragrant incense as a meaningful souvenir.
• 4:30–5:00 PM: We’ll drop you back at your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Rest and recharge for the evening.

Evening: 9:00–10:00 PM
A private car will pick you up from your hotel for an overnight journey to Sapa. Sit back, relax, and let the excitement build for tomorrow’s mountain adventures!

Day 3: Sapa – Cat Cat Village (B, L)

Morning: Enjoy a leisurely morning exploring the charming town of Sapa at your own pace. Stroll through its vibrant markets, sip coffee with a view, or simply soak in the fresh mountain air.

Afternoon:

• 1:30 PM: Our guide will meet you at your hotel to begin an unforgettable trek to Cat Cat Village, home of the H’mong people. As you wander through this picturesque village, you’ll encounter stunning waterfalls, lush terraced fields, and remnants of a historic hydropower station from French colonial times. Take in the breathtaking scenery and learn about the rich cultural heritage of the H’mong community.
• 5:30 PM: Return to your hotel in Sapa for some well-deserved relaxation.

Evening: Enjoy your free time to explore Sapa town under the soft glow of evening lights. Whether it’s tasting local delicacies or picking up unique handmade crafts, the evening is yours to savor. Rest comfortably overnight in your Sapa hotel, ready for another day of adventure!

Day 4: Fansipan – Hanoi (B, L)

Morning:

• 6:30 AM: Start your day with a hearty breakfast at the restaurant before heading out for an exciting adventure. Our car will take you to Sun Plaza, where you’ll board the Muong Hoa train to Hoang Lien Station. From there, hop on the cable car that will whisk you up to Fansipan Legend, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia. Feel the thrill as you ascend through the clouds and take in the panoramic views from the “Roof of Indochina.”

Afternoon: After your Fansipan adventure, we’ll return to Sapa town for a delicious lunch. Relax and enjoy the local flavors before checking out of your hotel.

Evening:

• 9:00 PM: A comfortable sleeper bus will pick you up from your hotel, ready to take you back to Hanoi. Rest and relax on the journey, as you prepare for the next chapter of your adventure!

Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay Cruise (B, L)

Morning Pickup:

• 8:00–8:45 AM: Get ready for a day to remember as we pick you up from your hotel in Hanoi’s Old Quarter or Opera House. Sit back and relax on a scenic 3-hour drive along the smooth Hanoi–Haiphong–Tuan Chau highway. Midway, we’ll take a 30-minute break—perfect for stretching your legs, grabbing a coffee, or snapping some fun road trip selfies!

All Aboard the Luxury Cruise:

• 12:00 PM: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor, where your Halong Bay adventure begins. Step aboard our luxury cruise and be greeted by the friendly crew with a refreshing welcome drink. As the boat sets sail, breathe in the ocean air and marvel at Halong Bay’s iconic limestone karsts rising from emerald waters.

A Feast for the Senses:

• 12:30 PM: Savor a delicious Vietnamese lunch on board as the breathtaking scenery glides past. Dining amidst Halong Bay’s majestic beauty feels like something out of a dream.

Explore Halong Bay’s Gems:

• 2:00 PM: First stop, Bo Hon Island and the incredible Sung Sot Cave, or “Surprise Cave.” Step inside this natural wonder filled with dazzling stalagmites and stalactites. Your guide will share fascinating stories and legends tied to the formations, making the experience even more magical.
• 2:45 PM: Next up, we’ll take to the water! Choose between kayaking or a bamboo boat ride to explore Luon Cave. Glide into a peaceful lagoon surrounded by towering cliffs—it’s like discovering your own private paradise.
• 3:15 PM: Our final stop is Ti Top Island, a little slice of tropical heaven. Take a swim in the crystal-clear waters or hike to the island’s peak for a stunning panoramic view of Halong Bay. Don’t forget your camera for this picture-perfect moment!

A Sweet Farewell:

• 4:30 PM: Back on the boat, it’s time to relax with a sunset party. Sip wine or tea, snack on fresh fruits and biscuits, and watch the sky light up in shades of gold and orange as the sun sets over Halong Bay—a truly unforgettable sight.

Return to Hanoi:

• 6:00–9:00 PM: After docking at Tuan Chau Harbor, we’ll head back to Hanoi. Enjoy the ride as you reminisce about the day’s adventures. By 9:00 PM, we’ll drop you off at your hotel, leaving you with amazing memories and a sense of awe for the natural beauty of Vietnam.

Day 6: Hanoi – Da Nang Flight (B)

Morning: Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then enjoy some free time to relax or do some last-minute shopping in Hanoi. Stroll through the vibrant Old Quarter, pick up souvenirs, or simply soak in the lively atmosphere.

Airport Transfer: At the scheduled time (depending on your flight), our driver will pick you up and take you to Noi Bai Airport for your journey to Da Nang.

Afternoon/Evening: Upon arrival in Da Nang, a car will be waiting to take you to your hotel. After check-in, unwind and enjoy some downtime. The rest of the day is yours to explore the dynamic city of Da Nang at your own pace.

Day 7: Marble Mountains – Coconut Village – Hoi An Ancient Town (B, L)

Morning Adventures:

• 8:15–8:30 AM: Your day begins with a pick-up from the meeting point by our car and guide. First stop: the iconic Marble Mountains (Ngũ Hành Sơn).
• Stroll through the famous Non Nuoc Stone Village, where talented local artisans create stunning stone sculptures. It’s the perfect spot to pick up unique souvenirs for friends and family.
• Explore the Marble Mountains—wander through breathtaking caves, admire panoramic views of the mountains and sea, and visit sacred temples like Tam Thai and Linh Ung. Don’t miss the mystical Tang Chon and Huyen Khong Caves!

Lunch at Coconut Village:
After a delicious lunch, kick back and relax in the serene Coconut Forest before diving into an afternoon of fun.

Afternoon Fun:

• 1:30 PM: Get ready to unleash your inner child with water games and team-building activities! Try tug-of-war, clay pot smashing, ziplining, water carpet sliding, and more. Laugh, play, and make unforgettable memories in this lush riverside paradise.

Hoi An Exploration:

• 3:00 PM: Say goodbye to the Coconut Village and head to Hoi An Ancient Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
• 5:30 PM: Stroll through the charming streets of Hoi An, lit by glowing lanterns that create a magical evening atmosphere.
• 6:00 PM: Enjoy a delightful dinner in Hoi An, then explore the Nguyen Hoang Night Market, bustling with crafts, snacks, and souvenirs. Visitors can also enjoy a traditional folk cultural form of Quang Nam – Hat Bai Choi, performed by local artisans.
• Discover the unique blend of Vietnamese, Japanese, and Chinese architecture as you wander the historic town. For an extra special experience, join a local tradition by releasing a lantern on the river, making a wish as it floats away.

Evening Return:

• 8:45 PM: After a day full of discovery and joy, we’ll return you to your hotel in Da Nang City. Rest well—you’ve earned it!

 Day 8: Ba Na Hills – Golden Bridge (B, L)

Morning Magic:

• 7:30–8:00 AM: Start your day with a pick-up from your hotel or meeting point in Da Nang. The journey to Ba Na Hills begins along the stunning Nguyen Tat Thanh coastal road. Along the way, you’ll pass the majestic Thuan Phuoc Suspension Bridge (Vietnam’s longest), serene Thanh Binh Beach, and Red Beach—the historic landing site of the French in Da Nang.
• 9:00 AM: Arrive at the Ba Na–Suoi Mo Cable Car Station, where your adventure officially kicks off. Ascend the mountain on a cable car that boasts 4 World Records! Marvel at the cascading waterfalls, lush forests, and vibrant red leaves along the way.

Ba Na Hills Highlights:

• Visit Linh Ung Pagoda and admire the serene Thich Ca Buddha Statue, standing tall at 27 meters, the highest of its kind in Southeast Asia.
• Wander through the enchanting Le Jardin d’Amour Love Flower Garden, a symphony of colors and blooms.

• 3:00 PM: Descend the mountain via cable car, taking in the last glimpses of Ba Na’s beauty.
• 4:00–4:30 PM: Return to your hotel in Da Nang, filled with unforgettable memories of a magical day in the clouds.

• 8:00–8:30 AM: After a quick pick-up in Da Nang, we’ll head out on a scenic drive to Hue City.

Scenic Stops Along the Way:

• Hai Van Pass: Brace yourself for one of Vietnam’s most breathtaking drives—a 21-kilometer mountain pass that forms a natural border between Da Nang and Thua Thien Hue Province. The views are absolutely mesmerizing!
• Lap An Lagoon & Lang Co Beach: Take a moment to soak in the tranquility of Lap An Lagoon and the 10 kilometers of pristine sand at Lang Co Beach. Whether you’re snapping photos or taking a quick dip, it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature.

Cultural Exploration:

• 10:45 AM: Step back in time at Khai Dinh Tomb, a stunning fusion of Eastern and Western architectural styles. Its intricate design and grandeur are truly remarkable.
• 12:00 PM: Time for lunch! Savor the famous flavors of Hue’s cuisine at a charming local restaurant.

Afternoon in Hue:

• 1:00 PM: Delve into the history of Hue Imperial City, the majestic former home of the Nguyen Kings. Explore iconic landmarks like Ngo Mon Gate, Thai Hoa Palace, and the stunning Nine Dynastic Urns—each piece tells a fascinating story of Vietnam’s past.

Heading to the Airport:

• When it’s time, our driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for your flight back home.
