Itinerary Details

Day 1: Land in Hanoi – Private transfer to Ninh Binh

Landing at Noi Bai international airport, after collecting your visa and luggage, Moving outside and Our driver wait outside and take you directly to Ninh Binh (riding 3 hours).

Check in hotel and relax – enjoy life style in Ninh Binh.

Day 2 Ninh Binh trip: Hoa Lu – Trang An – Hang Mua – Bich Dong pagoda

8:30 – Our tour guide and van will pick you up at your 

9h30: Visit Mua Cave (Mua mean Dance) with 500 step up to the Top of Mua Mountain. On the Top, you can overview all the nice senses of Hoa Lu.

11h0: Visit Hoa Lu – the Ancient Royal capital of VietNam. We will visit Dinh king temple and Le king temple, in the 10th century, finding out the heroic histories of these two Kings in the Chinese Wars. After that, we went to Tam Coc (10 km far from Hoa Lu).

12:30 – Enjoy lunch at our restaurant with the great local cuisines.

13h30: Depart to visit Trang An Eco-Tourism attraction, there is beautiful scenery landscape, you will boarding a small boat to visit Trang An, you will see majestic limestone cliffs and mysterious yet inviting caves, as well as countryside sights, like peaceful streams, rice paddies and deserted green fields. Take a boat trip to visit the cave complexes: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mystery and wilderness, see scenery of mountain and rivers HaLong on land of Ninh Binh.

16h30: Get on bus and keep going to visit Bich Dong pagoda ( oldest pagoda in Ninh Binh )

17h00: We arrive at your hotel and finish the tour.

Day 3: Ninh Binh transfer to Halong – Halong bay 2 days 1 night cruise

Morning, after breakfast, make check out (bring all luggage)

7:00 am Pick up from Hotel to Halong

11h30: Arrive at Tuan Chau Harbor. 

12h30: Welcome to Cruise and Enjoy welcome to drink and get a brief introduction about cruise and safety guidelines. Check- in your room with Air-Conditioning.

13h00: Enjoy a special lunch with Vietnamese traditional dishes, while cruising in the magnificent Halong Bay, admiring the fascinating rock formations in the bay. 

Afternoon Itinerary: 

15h00: Visiting Sung Sot Cave (Surprising cave). 

16h00: Our cruise will take you to Titop Island. It is noted for having a viewpoint at its peak which affords splendid views all around Halong Bay or you can enjoy your swimming on a romance sandy beach. 

17h30: Come back to Cruise then take a shower, Relax on the sundeck, sunset watching in comfortable lounge chairs while drinking a cocktail or reading a book in the most magical moment. 

18h00: Enjoy a welcome Sunset Party and Cooking Class. How to make a fresh noodle roll, you can enjoy the product which you make it.

Evening Relaxing:

19h00: Enjoy your Barbecue Dinner when sitting by overlooking sea view window in the night romantic bay 

20h30: After having dinner, our customers will be served the natural herbal foot bath, to help reduce foot pain and toxin excretion.

21h00: Playing some sports games like: Squid Fishing, Singing karaoke, or Relax on sundeck.

Overnight on boat: Clean air – conditioning room.

Day 4: Halong back to Hanoi – Transfer to Lao Cai

6h00: Wake up in the early morning to see the sunrise on the sundeck.

7h00: Morning view of the bay with a cup of tea or coffee. Have a Buffet Breakfast ! 

7h45: Start visiting Halong Bay Pearl farm. The pearls in Halong are the most renowned in Vietnam. The process of farming and retrieving pearls takes years.

8h30: Do kayaking to explore Halong Bay on your own.

9h30: Check-out and enjoy a fantastic cruise on the bay. 

10h45: Enjoy the lunch while Cruising back to Tuan Chau Harbour. 

12h00: Cruise is landing at Halong Bay harbor, tourists say goodbye to sailors and finish the cruise. 

After that, get on the Bus to return to Hanoi by Expressway. 

14h15: Stop halfway for a short break. 

15h30: Arrive at the hotel in HaNoi Old Quarter.

Have free time in afternoon

20h00 (time update later) take taxi to Hanoi train station – to check in the cabin to Lao Cai

Overnight in train (share cabin).

Day 5: Lao Cai – Sapa – Trek to Lao Chai Ta Van village

Reach Lao Cai station around 5h00 am, our bus take you to Sapa (45m – 1 hours drive)

I arrange for you 1 room to rest few hours before start the journey

8:00 – 8:30 AM: After a light breakfast, get ready to immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of Sapa’s countryside. Your guide will meet you for an unforgettable trek, starting with a walk down to Y Linh Ho, a serene Hmong village surrounded by century-old terraced rice fields. Make sure your camera’s ready—these landscapes are postcard-perfect!

From Y Linh Ho, we’ll continue to Lao Chai Village, a vibrant hub of the Hmong community. Here, you’ll pause to take in the tranquility, observe daily village life, and enjoy a well-deserved break (about 30–40 minutes).

Next, we trek to Ta Van Village, home to the warm and welcoming Giay people. The village’s rustic charm, rolling hills, and friendly locals create an atmosphere you won’t want to leave. It’s the perfect place to connect with the culture, soak in the scenery, and create lasting memories.

After the trek, we’ll return to Sapa town for a delicious lunch.  and take you to hotel for check in 

Afternoon free time to discovery nightlife in Sapa.

Day 6: Visit Fansipan mountain – Cat Cat village

Morning, after breakfast, make check out (you can leave luggage in lobby)

8:30 AM: we’ll head to Sun Plaza, where you’ll board the Muong Hoa Mountain Train to Hoang Lien Station. From there, it’s cable car time! Soar through the clouds up to Fansipan, the “Roof of Indochina” and Southeast Asia’s highest peak. The panoramic views of lush valleys and rugged mountains will leave you speechless—a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

After conquering Fansipan, we’ll head back to Sapa town for a delicious lunch, followed by some downtime at your hotel to recharge.

1:30 PM: Ready for more? Your guide will take you on a trek to Cat Cat Village, a picturesque H’mong village tucked in the mountains. Wander through scenic trails, admire cascading waterfalls, and explore the historic remains of a French-built hydropower station. It’s the perfect way to connect with the serene beauty of Sapa’s countryside and meet the friendly locals.

4:30 PM: Return to Sapa town and relax.

Day 7: Moana check in – Alpine coaster – rainbow slide – transfer back to Hanoi

After breakfast, make check out, you can leave luggage in lobby

Our bus come and pick up, start the journey to Moana check in 

You have free time to enjoy the view and Alpine coaster – rainbow slide 

Lunch will be serve in Local restaurant 

Around 15h00 time pick up for bus back to Hanoi by VIP CABIN sleeper bus

Reach Hanoi around 21h30 – mini van transfer you to hotel and relax.

Day 8: Leave Vietnam from Hanoi

And here comes an end to the joyous vacation as the last day of your holiday package arrives! Have a scrumptious breakfast at the hotel and get ready to depart from the hotel with memorable memories. Our representative will pick you up and drop at the airport to catch the flight.
