Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Quan Ba – Yen Minh. O/N At Homestay In Yen Minh (L/D)

Embark on your journey from the hotel in Hanoi at 6:30 am, accompanied by our guide and driver, heading towards Ha Giang. The approximately 5-hour drive to Ha Giang offers glimpses of the captivating mountain scenery in North Vietnam. Indulge in lunch at a local food stall along the way.
Afternoon Activities:
Post-lunch, the driver and guide will escort you to the rocky plateau en route to Quan Ba, granting a panoramic view of Quan Ba district town. Take in the spectacular Twin Mountain view, followed by a visit to the Lung Tam weaving village, where you can explore local traditional craftsmanship. Continue your adventure to Can Ty valley, tracing the path along the Mien River, meandering through H’Mong and Nung ethnic houses. Delve deeper into the mountain life experience at Nam Dam village in Quan Ba.
Subsequently, proceed to Yen Minh, passing through Quan Ba to witness the breathtaking Quan Ba Heaven Gate and the iconic Twin Mountain (or Breasts Mountain). Upon reaching Yen Minh, check in at the homestay.

Begin your day trip at 8:00 am, bidding farewell to Yen Minh and making your way to Dong Van. Along the journey, relish the opportunity to marvel at the enchanting scenery of the Dong Van Karst Plateau. Your next stop is Sung La village, renowned for being a filming location for “Story of Pao.” Explore the Meo King Palace, Lung Cu Flag tower, and relish the panoramic view from the summit—the North Pole of Vietnam, sharing its border with China.
Afternoon Activities:
Continue your exploration, reaching Dong Van town and indulging in lunch at a local food stall. Guided by our knowledgeable guide, take a leisurely stroll around Dong Van Old Street. Seize the chance to unwind and savor a cup of coffee (additional expenses apply) for a more immersive experience.
Proceed to Meo Vac, crossing the Ma Pi Leng Pass en route, also known as the Happy Road. Revel in the breathtaking scenery of the Ma Pi Leng Canyon, plunging 800 meters deep, with the Nho Que River meandering below, enhancing the green patches amidst the rocky mountains—an awe-inspiring vista.
Evening Activities:
Explore Meo Vac, check-in, and dine with a local family. Utilize this opportunity to unwind in Meo Vac, engaging with local minority communities to gain insights into their lifestyle and culture. Overnight at a stilt-house.
Day 3: Meo Vac – Yen Minh – Hanoi (B/L)
Morning Itinerary:
Commencing the day after breakfast, you’ll have ample time to immerse yourself in the unique experiences of life in Meo Vac. Subsequently, bid farewell to Meo Vac as you journey back to Yen Minh, offering more opportunities to savor the picturesque landscapes lining the route. A local food stall awaits to satiate your hunger with a hearty lunch.
Afternoon Plan:
Post-lunch, our guide and driver will accompany you as you depart Ha Giang, returning to Hanoi city. The journey provides additional moments to marvel at the captivating mountain scenery. Anticipate arriving in Hanoi by late afternoon, approximately at 17:00 pm.
