Throughout the course, the chef shares insights through a short movie showcasing a traditional Vietnamese kitchen. The cultural significance of rice, the usage of various spices, their timing and application, exploration of the market, and, of course, the essential role of fish sauce are all explained, offering a holistic understanding of Vietnamese culinary traditions.
