Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi – Ha Giang – Nam Dam

Your adventure begins bright and early as your guide and driver pick you up from your hotel at 7:30 AM. After a scenic drive, you’ll reach Ha Giang around 1:30 PM, with a delicious lunch served along the way – either in Tuyen Quang or Ha Giang, depending on your preference. As the afternoon unfolds, your guide will share the fascinating legends of Quan Ba Twin Mountains and Heaven’s Gate. Then, we’ll head to the peaceful Nam Dam village, where you’ll check into a traditional Dao house for the night. Spend your free time strolling through the village, visiting local families, and discovering a hidden waterfall. It’s the perfect way to unwind and embrace the beauty of this remote region.

Day 2: Nam Dam – Meo Vac – Ma Pi Leng – Dong Van – Thon Tha

Start your day with the refreshing mountain air and breathtaking views of terraced rice paddies surrounding the peaceful Nam Dam village. After a hearty breakfast, we’ll head out, but not before stopping by Lung Tam village to visit the local embroidery cooperative. Here, skilled women work together, crafting beautiful hemp clothes and unique products from this amazing material. Then, we’ll make our way to the top of Ma Pi Leng Pass, where the views will take your breath away. Known as the “King of Vietnam’s passes,” it’s an adrenaline-pumping ride with dramatic landscapes that feel almost like a scene from another world. As we continue our journey, we’ll reach Dong Van and eventually check into our cozy bungalow in Thon Tha village for a restful night. The adventure continues, and you’ll have plenty of time to take it all in.

Day 3: Thon Tha – Hanoi

Wake up to the serenity of Thon Tha, a charming village that feels like a step back in time. It’s often the favorite stop for many of our guests, thanks to its vibrant local life and authentic, welcoming atmosphere. Take a moment to soak it all in before we bid farewell to this peaceful place. After a day filled with memories, we’ll head back to Hanoi, where our adventure together comes to an end. Expect to arrive in the bustling city around 5 PM, filled with stories and experiences from the unforgettable Ha Giang region.
