Itinerary Details

Day 1: HA GIANG CITY – BAC SUM PASS- QUAN BA – YEN MINH – DONG VAN 135KM

-08:00 – 08:30: Enjoy breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, your tour guide will give a brief introduction to the itinerary and help you secure your luggage on the motorbike.

Ha Giang city – Bac Sum Pass – Quan Ba Heaven gate – Twin Fairy – Tham Ma Pass – Nine turn pass – Dong Van

Begin your journey into the breathtaking Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark, one of Vietnam’s most remarkable natural and geological wonders.

Your first stop is Bac Sum Pass, the gateway to the Ha Giang Loop. As the road winds through the mountains, you’ll be treated to spectacular panoramic views. If you’re lucky, you’ll witness a sea of clouds floating beneath the mountain peaks—one of Ha Giang’s most magical sights. Take a break to enjoy a cup of Vietnamese coffee at a scenic viewpoint while soaking in the unforgettable landscape of Bac Sum Pass.
Continue to Quan Ba Heaven Gate, one of the most spectacular viewpoints in Ha Giang. From here, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the valley below and the famous Quan Ba Twin Mountains (Fairy Bosom Hills), a natural landmark surrounded by local legends.

– Lunch will be served in Tam Son Town, where you can enjoy authentic local cuisine before continuing your afternoon adventure.

Afternoon Highlights:

Can Ty Pass – A scenic mountain pass offering stunning limestone landscapes and winding roads.

Tham Ma Pass – One of the most iconic passes on the Ha Giang Loop, famous for its dramatic curves and panoramic viewpoints.

Nine-Turn Pass – A series of spectacular hairpin bends that provide incredible photo opportunities.

Moon Rock Field – Explore this extraordinary geological site located within the core zone of the Dong Van Karst Plateau UNESCO Global Geopark, where millions of ancient limestone formations create a truly unique landscape.

After a full day of sightseeing, continue to Dong Van Town to check in to your homestay, enjoy a delicious dinner featuring local specialties, and relax in preparation for another exciting day on the Ha Giang Loop.

Day 2: DONG VAN – MA PI LENG PASS – NHO QUE RIVER– MEO VAC – HA GIANG city 150KM

-07:30 – 8:30 enjoy breakfast at the homestay.

– After breakfast, begin your second day of exploring the Ha Giang Loop and discover some of the region’s most spectacular highlights.

-Continue to the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass, one of the Four Great Mountain Passes of Northern Vietnam. Sitting at an altitude of around 1,200 meters above sea level, this iconic pass stretches for nearly 20 km, connecting Meo Vac and Dong Van. Famous for its dramatic limestone peaks, winding mountain roads, and panoramic views over the Nho
Que River, Ma Pi Leng is considered the highlight of the Ha Giang Loop and one of the most breathtaking mountain passes in Vietnam.

-Nho Que River and enjoy a boat cruise through the magnificent Tu San Canyon. Known as one of the deepest canyons in Southeast Asia, the emerald-green river winds through towering limestone cliffs, creating one of the most spectacular landscapes in Vietnam. The boat trip lasts approximately one hour, giving you plenty of time to admire the incredible
scenery and capture unforgettable photos.

-Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Meo Vac Town, where you can enjoy authentic regional specialties and take a short break before continuing your journey.

-After lunch, begin the scenic drive back to Ha Giang City, passing through the magnificent mountain landscapes of the Ha Giang Loop. Along the way, you’ll have opportunities to stop at beautiful viewpoints and capture your final photos before the tour concludes in Ha Giang.

-M Road Pass – Visit the famous winding road shaped like the letter “M”, a symbol of good luck, good health, and a safe journey according to local tradition.

-The 2-Day Ha Giang Loop Tour will conclude at approximately 5:00–5:30 PM, when you arrive back in Ha Giang City. From there, you can relax, freshen up, or board your return bus to Hanoi or continue to your next destination. Safe travels!

Note: On the final day, the itinerary can be adjusted to finish earlier, depending on your return bus schedule to Hanoi. We will arrange the tour to ensure you have enough time to catch your bus comfortably )
