City Tour Itinerary:

Embark on our one-day city exploration, commencing from the hotel lobby. Our first destination is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will dedicate a few hours to visiting Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh Museum, and the One Pillar Pagoda. Next on the agenda is the Temple of Literature, initially constructed as a tribute to Confucius and later evolving into Vietnam’s inaugural university, established in 1070. Reflecting the historical significance of education in Vietnamese society, the temple holds a special place. A delectable lunch awaits at a reputable local restaurant in Hanoi.

In the afternoon, our journey continues to the Museum of Ethnology, widely acclaimed as Vietnam’s premier museum, featuring an extensive exhibit dedicated to the country’s 54 ethnic minority groups. Following this enriching visit, we will traverse the city by car, gaining insights into the authentic life of Hanoians and exploring diverse neighborhoods.

Subsequently, embark on a one-hour cyclo (paddle rickshaw) ride through the Old Quarter, renowned as the 36 streets, a bustling area filled with narrow streets and countless small businesses. Originally, each of the 36 street names was associated with the products traded there.

Before concluding our excursion and returning to the hotel, seize the opportunity to witness the unique Water Puppet show. Delight in the sounds of traditional Vietnamese instruments and live singing by musicians accompanying the performance. The day concludes with the mesmerizing Water Puppet show at the hotel.
