Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi – Cat Ba Island – Lan Ha Bay. O/N Eco Bungalow On Beach (L/D)

Morning Activities:

Commence your journey at 7:00 am as the bus driver picks you up from your Hanoi hotel for the voyage to Hai Phong city, the largest harbor in the Red River Delta. Travel along the highway, offering glimpses of rice fields and local villages, including a drive across the longest sea crossing bridge in Southeast Asia. Arrive at Bến Gót harbor (Cát Hải Island) by 10:00 am, boarding a speedboat bound for Cat Ba Island. A 10-minute speedboat ride takes you to Cái Viềng pier on Cat Ba, providing scenic views of the sea and Cat Ba National Park. Reach Cat Ba Island at 11:20 am and meet the local staff.

Afternoon & Evening Activities:

Indulge in a traditional lunch with fresh dishes and receive a quick briefing for the day. Explore the floating fisherman’s village in the afternoon, followed by a gentle paddle through stunning scenery to the Eco Bungalow on a private island. Check in to your private bungalow and enjoy free time for swimming or relaxation. Evening brings dinner and personal enjoyment of the night. Overnight at the Eco Bungalow on the Beach in a Deluxe room.

Day 2: Lan Ha Bay – Cave Area – Three Peaches Islands. O/N On Cruise (B/L/D)

Morning Activities:

Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel, savoring the fresh air at the bungalow. At 8:30 am, your guide welcomes you at the hotel, and you travel to the pier to board the cruise. Embark on a morning kayak through Lan Ha Bay, providing ample time to discover breathtaking islets and caves while immersing yourself in peace and tranquility.

Afternoon & Evening Activities:

Lunch awaits at Three Peaches Island, known for crystal-clear waters and natural beaches. Visit Three Tunnels Lagoon and Cave, exploring temples, floating farms, and secluded lagoons. Return to the junk for a shower and enjoy dinner onboard. Overnight in a Private Cabin of the Junk.

 

 

Day 3: Cat Ba – Viet Hai Village – Hanoi (B/L)

Morning Activities:

Commence your morning tour at 8:30 am after breakfast on the junk. The boat transports you to the pier to reach Cat Ba Island and experience the beauty of Viet Hai village. Enjoy a cycle ride through beautiful forests and mountains leading to the National Park, covering 50% of the island. Choose between relaxing in the village or embarking on a two-hour trek, with the energetic option offering breathtaking views over Halong Bay. Cat Ba Island provides numerous photo opportunities. Have lunch, and return to Ben Beo Pier at noon.

Afternoon Activities:

The driver transfers you back to Hanoi city, with a 2.5-hour car journey returning you to Hanoi around 15:00 pm.
