Itinerary Details

Day 1: Hanoi – Hai Phong – Ben Beo Pier & Explore Lan Ha Bay. O/N On Junk (L/D)

Morning Activities:

Commence your journey from Hanoi to Hai Phong city, offering two transport options:

Option 1: Opt for budget-friendly travel by express bus.

Option 2: Choose private transport for an exclusive and comfortable experience.

At 10:00 am, arrive at Got harbor on Cat Hai Island and board a speedboat bound for Cat Ba Island. Enjoy a delightful 10-minute speedboat ride to Cai Vieng on Cat Ba, providing scenic views of the sea and the jungle aroma of Cat Ba National Park. By 11:30 am, reach Cat Ba Island, meet your guide, and have lunch at a restaurant.

Afternoon & Evening Activities:

Head to Ben Beo Pier and board a traditional junk, receiving a brief itinerary instruction for your Lan Ha Bay adventure. Cruise around unique floating villages and kayak through the bay’s beautiful scenery, with the opportunity to paddle into Dark Cave and Bat Cave, tide permitting. Dinner is served on the junk, and you’ll overnight in a private cabin.

Day 2: Further Exploration of The Bay. O/N On Junk (B/L/D)

Morning Activities:

Enjoy breakfast on the junk before embarking on a day of discovery in Lan Ha Bay. Visit Three Tunnels Lagoon and Cave for additional kayaking, immersing yourself in the incredible scenery belonging to Bai Tu Long Bay. Lunch awaits on Three Peaches Island, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and natural beaches.

Afternoon & Evening Activities:

Continue your exploration of the bay in the afternoon, reveling in the captivating scenery and experiences on the junk. Dinner is served on the junk, and you’ll spend the night in a private cabin.

 

 

 

Day 3: Lan Ha Bay – Hai Phong – Hanoi

After breakfast on the junk, the cruise takes you back to Lan Ha Bay. Paddle across Lan Ha Bay to visit Tay Keo Lagoon. If tides permit, embark on kayaking into Ba Do Cave (Red Lady) and then paddle back out to explore pristine beaches, floating farms, and peaceful lagoons. Return to the junk for lunch before heading back to Ben Beo Pier in time to catch the bus back to Hanoi.

Afternoon Activities:
